Born on 28.01.1978. Did LLB and LLM from C.C.S. University, Meerut (Saharanpur). Joined as Civil Judge (Junior Division) Dehradun in the Year 2003. Has been posted at several places like Nainital and as Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bageshwar thereafter as Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Udhamsingh Nagar. Promoted in Uttarakhand Higher Judicial Services in May, 2013.

Completed L.L.B. from Meerut College and P.G.I.R.P.M from Indian Productivity Management, Modipuram, Meerut. Worked as co-professor in Unique Institute Modinagar and IIPM, Ghaziabad.
Joined Uttarakhand Judiciary in the year 2003. Joined as Judicial Magistrate Uttarkashi from September, 2003 to May, 2005; Civil Judge (JD) Haldwani May, 2005 to October, 2005; October, 2005 to February, 2007 as Judicial Magistrate Ramnagar, Nainital; February, 2007 to November, 2011 as ACJM, Kashipur, Udhamsingh Nagar thereafter November, 2011 to May, 2013 joined as Chief Judicial Magistrate at Uttarkashi and then CJM, Dehradun from May, 2013 to April, 2015. Promoted in Uttarakhand Higher Judicial Services in May, 2015. Served as Additional District Judge 6th (Special Judge, Anti-Corruption) from May, 2015 to May, 2016
10. Smt. Anjushree Juyal, H.J.S.
Joined the Uttarakhand Judiciary services on 20th September, 2003 as Additional Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee. In 2007, got transferred to Rudrapur as Civil judge (J.D). In the year 2008 promoted to Senior Division Cadre as was transferred to Haldwani as ACJM (Railway). In 2009 transferred to Bageshwar as Civil Judge (S.D). Again got transferred in the year 2011 to Haldwani as ACJM (Railway). In 2014 promoted to Uttarakhand Higher Judicial Services and transferred to Haridwar as Additional District and Sessions Judge.
11. Sh. Arvind Kumar, H.J.S
Did M. Sc. (Chemistry), B.Ed and LL.B.. Thereafter joined Uttarakhand Judicial Service on 20.09.2003 as Civil Judge (J.D.) Pauri Garhwal. In November, 2006 promoted as Civil Judge (S.D.) Haridwar. In May, 2007 appointed as A.C.J.M. Haridwar and in April, 2010 as Civil Judge (S.D.) Almora. In November, 2011 promoted to Uttarakhand Higher Judicial Service and served as Additional District and Session Judge at Rudrapur, Kashipur, Roorkee, Haldwani and Nainital. On 17.04.2021 assumed the charge of Registrar, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Uttarakhand, Dehradun.
12. Sh. Rakesh Kumar Singh, H.J.S.
Did LL.B. and LL.M from BHU. UGC Junior Research Fellow (JRF). In the year 2009 promoted as Civil Judge (J.D.) kashipur then appointed as Civil Judge (S.D.) Tehri Garhwal in the year 2011. Joined as Joint Secretary, Law Department, Govt. of Uttarakhand during 2013-15. Appointed as Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Bageshwar and then Chamoli during the period 2015-2018. In the year 2018 promoted to Uttarakhand Higher Judicial Service after that appointed as Additional Distirct Judge (ADJ) Special Judge (NDPS) at Nainital. In April, 2022 appointed as Presiding Officer in Labour Court, Dehradun and on 19.05.2022 assumed the additional charge of Registrar, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Uttarakhand, Dehradun.
13. Sh. Abdul Qayyum
He did B.Sc. from Merrut University and MBA & LL.B from Aligarh Muslim University. Thereafter joined first batch 2002 of Uttarakhand Judicial Service. Got first joining on 22-09-2003 and joined as a Judicial Magistrate Ist Class at Kashipur (US Nagar). On 22.11.2006 appointed as Civil Judge (J.D), Purola (Uttarkashi) and then transferred to Ranikhet (Almora) on 03.06.2008, then promoted on 04.07.2009 as Civil Judge (S.D) and transferred to Dehradun and thereafter transferred to Vikasnagar on 09-07-2019. On 18.04.2012 appointed as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nainital. On 18.04.2015 appointed as Civil Judge (S.D)/Secretary, DLSA, Tehri Garhwal after that got transferred in 18.04.2018 as Civil Judge (S.D)/Secretary, DLSA, Dehradun. In December, 2018 promoted to Higher Judicial Service. On 07.12.2018 joined as Judge, Family Court at Khatima (US Nagar). In the year 2020-21 appointed as Principle Judge, Family Court, Rudrapur, US Nagar. On 17.04.2022 assumed the charge of Secretary cum Registrar, State Police Complaint Authority, Dehradun. On 27.07.2022 assumed the charge of Registrar, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Uttarakhand, Dehradun and has a additional charge of Secretary cum Registrar, State Police Complaint Authority, Dehradun.
