He Joined U.P. Judicial Service in the Year 1985 and served on many posts like Judicial Magistrate; Railway Magistrate; Chief Judicial Magistrate and Additional District & Session Judge at Various District headquarters of U.P. State.

B.Sc from R.E.I. Degree College Dayalbagh, Agra (U.P)
M.Sc in Zoology in the Year 1977 and L.L.B. in the Year 1980 from Agra College, Agra.
