Mr. Udai Singh Tolia is professionally qualified, having done B.A. (Allahabad University), M.A. (JNU), M.B.A. (F.M.S. Delhi University), U.G.C.- NET (H.R.M. & Labour Welfare), etc.

He has rich hands-on experience of 24 years (1980-2004) in various Central Government PSUs (SAIL, ITDC) as well as 14 years (2004-2018) in the Statutory Academic Institutes/Central University, namely – the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (I.C.S.I. under MCA, GoI) as the Director (HR); the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU, under MHRD, GoI) as the Registrar and Secretary to the Board of Management (BOM). He has also worked as the Campus Director of National Institute of Fashion Technology (N.I.F.T.) Bhopal (Ministry of Textile, GoI) from 2013-18.

He is well-versed with the entire gamut of Administration / HRM including Legal, Disciplinary, Statutory & Regulatory compliance, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Manpower Planning, Project-Management, Industrial-Relation
