Mr. Manish Kumar Pandey 

A judicial officer of the 2005 batch of the Uttarakhand Judicial Service Joined on 27th February 2008. Did his LL.B. from Deen Dayal Upadhyay University, Gorakhpur. Commenced his judicial career as 1st Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Kashipur, U.S. Nagar (2008 to 2009). Thereafter, posted as Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Didihat, Pithoragarh (2009 to 2011). Under promotion to Civil Judge Senior Division, served as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway) at Haldwani, Nainital. He was then appointed as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chamoli (2011 to 2014). Thereafter, posted as Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haridwar, Continued as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar (2015 to 2017), and later served as Civil Judge (Senior Division) in Nainital from 2017 to 2018. After being promoted to Higher Judicial Service (HJS) cadre, joined as 2nd Additional District Judge (ADJ), Nainital, on 24-02-2018 and served till 16-04-2018. He then held the post of FTC/ADJ/Special Judge POCSO in Haldwani, Nainital (2018 to 2020), followed by his appointment as Additional District Judge, Almora (2020 to 2021). Thereafter, served as Additional Director, UJALA, Bhowali from 2021 to 2024. Joined as Registrar, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC), Uttarakhand, Dehradun since 17-05-2024.
